THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING
Insurance executives across Asia Pacific are moving from isolated technology trials toward decisions about how artificial intelligence and data should function inside underwriting, claims and customer engagement. InsurInnovator Connect Asia 2026 will bring those discussions to Singapore on September 23 and 24, creating a forum for insurance leaders and technology specialists examining the next phase of industry digitization.
The event is expected to convene more than 1,500 industry participants. Its program combines two conferences, the seventh Insurance Analytics & AI Innovation Asia Pacific and the eighth Health Insurance & Healthcare Innovation Congress Asia Pacific. That structure places insurance technology alongside healthcare transformation, reflecting the increasingly connected technology decisions facing insurers across the region.
Artificial intelligence will occupy a significant part of the agenda. Insurance Analytics & AI Innovation Asia Pacific will examine the shift from proofs of concept toward AI-native insurance models. Sessions are scheduled to address agentic AI in underwriting and claims as well as governance and model risk. The program will also consider AI-ready data foundations and legacy modernization, issues that can determine whether insurers move emerging tools into production environments.
Healthcare discussions will approach technology through a different set of business pressures. The Health Insurance & Healthcare Innovation Congress will examine medical cost challenges and care innovation. Its agenda includes AI-supported health customer experience and wearables, followed by discussions around smart claims and fraud. Data privacy and trust across Asia's varied regulatory environments will also receive attention.
Technology companies will have a separate role within the broader program through the InsurTech and HealthTech showcase. The event material also includes a Pitch & Win program and an awards ceremony scheduled for September 23. These elements place emerging technology providers alongside established insurers and other organizations involved in the region's insurance ecosystem.
APAC CIO Outlook is serving as a media partner because IIC Asia 2026 closely intersects with its coverage of enterprise systems, data and emerging technologies across Asia Pacific. The publication addresses CIOs, CTOs and other senior leaders responsible for technology decisions, making the event's focus on AI implementation and digital insurance relevant to its readership. Editorial coverage can carry the discussion beyond Singapore by examining implementation approaches and technology decisions that have implications for enterprises across the region.
Technology adoption in insurance is increasingly being judged by what moves successfully from experimentation into production. IIC Asia 2026 places that question alongside healthcare innovation and regional technology constraints, giving senior decision-makers an opportunity to assess where AI and data initiatives are producing workable models and where implementation challenges remain.
